Fireflow Studios was created from a simple idea — to build a space that people don’t just attend for hot yoga and Pilates classes, but return to because it genuinely feels like home. 

The concept was inspired by time spent practicing hot yoga in Australia, where the combination of heat, movement, and community fostered a deeply grounding and transformative experience. Upon returning to the UK, it became clear there was a gap — a lack of studios that captured that same atmosphere and sense of wellness community. 

Fireflow was established to bring that feeling back and share it with the local community.

At Fireflow Studios, our hot yoga and Pilates classes take place in a 34°C heated environment, with cool classes also available. The heat is more than just warmth — it’s a powerful tool that enhances movement, focus, and connection within our wellness community. 

The heat helps the body open more deeply, supporting flexibility, mobility, and the safe release of tension. It encourages circulation, increases sweat, and helps the body move more freely and intuitively. 

Mentally, the experience is equally powerful. The heat strips away distraction and encourages full presence. Each class becomes a reset — challenging, energizing, and grounding all at once.

Fireflow Studios consists of two distinct, purpose-built studios designed to cater to a vibrant wellness community:

Mat Studio - A large, purpose-designed studio offering both 34°C heated hot yoga and cool class options for dynamic and restorative yoga, as well as mat Pilates. The space blends strength, stillness, and control, creating a versatile environment to build resilience, improve flexibility, strengthen the core, and deepen mind-body awareness. Whether flowing through hot yoga or focusing on precise Pilates movement, the studio supports both release and refinement in a welcoming and inclusive setting.

Reformer Pilates Studio - A calm, focused studio dedicated to Reformer Pilates. This space is designed for precision, alignment, and controlled strength work, using reformer equipment to support low-impact, highly effective training. It’s an ideal environment to build deep core strength, improve posture, and move with intention.

Fireflow Studios will also offer state-of-the-art screen-led Reformer Pilates classes alongside instructor-led sessions, giving members flexibility in how they train without compromising on quality or experience.

With classes running every hour on the hour, the schedule is designed to be highly accessible — supporting those who need last-minute availability, shift-friendly options, or greater freedom in their routine.

Every class, including our popular Hot Yoga and Pilates sessions, is designed to support strength, clarity, and transformation, whether in the heat of the mat studio or the focused precision of Reformer Pilates.
