General Terms of Use FOR FIREFLOW STUDIOS

• To help maintain a safe, welcoming and enjoyable environment for everyone, we ask all members and visitors to observe the following:
• Members must be 16 years of age or older to attend classes independently. Members under 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your class to allow time for check-in and preparation.
• If you are late, you will be unable to attend the class.
• Parking is available at the rear of the building. Please park considerately, only in designated spaces, and avoid blocking neighbouring businesses, driveways or access routes.
• Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum when arriving and leaving the studio, particularly during early morning and evening classes.
• Shoes must be removed before entering the studios and stored in the designated shoe storage.
• Before attending your first Reformer Pilates class, all members must watch the Fireflow Reformer Induction Video, available via your booking confirmation email. This short video explains how to use the equipment safely and familiarises you with the studio and key safety procedures. Members wishing to attend screen-led Reformer classes must also complete a short in-person induction before their first screen-led class begins. This induction will take place 15 minutes before your first screen-led session and must be completed before you can participate in the class.
• Grip socks must be worn for all Reformer Pilates classes.
• Mobile phones are not permitted in the Mat Studio. Phones may be brought into the Reformer Studio but must remain on silent and must not be used during classes.
• Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, particularly during Fire classes.
• If you feel unwell during a class, stop exercising immediately and notify your instructor.
• Please clean any equipment used during your class and return it to its designated place where requested.
• Please remain in the studio for the full duration of your class and avoid leaving before it has finished, unless unwell, there is an emergency or you're on call and have notified the teacher before the class begins.
• Photography and filming are not permitted inside the studios without prior permission from Fireflow Studios.
• Please respect the privacy of other members at all times.
• Fireflow Studios operates a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive, threatening, discriminatory or inappropriate behaviour. We reserve the right to refuse entry or terminate memberships where necessary.
• Smoking, vaping, alcohol and illegal substances are not permitted anywhere within the studio.
• Please help us maintain a calm, inclusive and welcoming environment by treating staff, instructors, members and our facilities with courtesy and respect.
