If you’d like to attend our screen-led Reformer classes, you’ll also need to complete a short in-person induction before your first screen-led session.
When you book your first screen-led class, our booking system will automatically flag that it’s your first session. Your first screen-led class must be booked between 9am and 7pm Monday to Friday, or between 8am and 12pm on Saturday or Sunday, when a member of the Fireflow team will be available to complete your induction.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your class so we can show you how to safely set up and use your Reformer, adjust the springs and equipment, and make sure you feel confident before you begin.
Once your in-person induction is complete, you’ll be free to book screen-led Reformer classes at any available time.
